I remember the toddler/preschool years. There’s lots of routine and repetition. Not just the meals and naps and bedtime stories — fun things, too. Silly games and dances and activities that just get better every day for your littlest ones. And NO, skipping them is not an option. One of the goals of my Westchester storytelling photography sessions is to sort of ‘write them down.’ As tedious as they may seem some mornings/evenings now … you know they’re fun. And that you’ll miss them some day. And you’ll want to remember.
So the family dances, the ring around the rosie, the “daddy chases the kids while the kids run for ‘mommy base’” … right along with the stubbornly independent putting-on-of-the shoes and the tickles and the puzzles and the race cars and trains … This family’s got them all to remember.
There’s another favorite HERE if you missed it.
Thanks for looking!
