Pelham’s Easter Bunny Boulevard 2016

Did you hear?  Peter Cottontail came hoppin’ down the bunny trail EARLY this year — in fact, he hopped right down 5th Avenue in Pelham and visited with Pelham kids this past Saturday, and Pelham kids were ready for him with baskets and enthusiasm.  Thanks to the Pelham Business Club’s great planning, the kids then hopped along 5th Avenue themselves with their parents, sharing that enthusiasm with several Pelham businesses and gathering treats along the way.

I was lucky enough to have been invited to set up at Pure Bliss to show my wares and to get to know some of these enthusiastic and sugared-up children.  Even luckier, perhaps, I was set up right next to the Little Bird Cookie Company, an LYYP client and cookie maker extraordinaire.  The smiles were abundant as we tasted some new cookie flavors, guessed how many jelly beans were in the big jar, and enjoyed chocolate eggs AND frozen yogurt.  There was even a raffle for $100 LYYP bucks — keep reading to find out who won!  Following are a few candid captures from the fun we had.
