You know what’s super fun for me as a Connecticut Family Lifestyle Photographer?
It’s when families know, at the beginning, that they can trust me to get that family shot they want.
And they also know that in the end, it’s the cuddles and chaos in between my attempts to achieve that family photo that will be their favorites.
Also super fun is when the KIDS know that if they try to cooperate for a few occasional seconds while I attempt to get that family shot, they (and I) will be rewarded with a wander off on our own to have a wild adventure.
There are a lot of ways to make a kid happy, and my goal is to capture happy kids, so I’ve tried ‘em all. Well, probably not all the ways. I’m sure I have a few more up my sleeve …
You know what else is super fun for me as a Connecticut Family Lifestyle Photographer? Really big Burmese Mountain dogs. I missed Bernie during this session, but was happy to meet the new puppy, Murphy. You can see a fave of Murphy (and one of my faves of the whole session) HERE.
It helps, of course, when a family is a repeat client. Once kiddos (and moms and dads) are past the newborn stage, they are ready to remember the fun that we had during past sessions, and they’ve already been enjoying the books and wall hangings from past sessions as well. This was the third (or fourth?) session I had with this gorgeous family — you can see the last one by going HERE.
If you’re in the market for a Connecticut Family Photographer and you think you like what you see, why not drop me a line?
Thanks for looking,
